Originally we booked for two nights, but after reading some of the negative reviews, I was afraid we would get stuck in the Claridge and it would ruin our mini –vacation. We stayed at Bally’s for one night on October 8th. I will never vist Bally casino again to play or stay. On our way out we saw a cleaning lady and we told her about the missing towels and she stated' we did not have enough towels for all the rooms.- are you kidding me- a dump-If they treat their diamond member in sucha a manner I cannot imagine how they treat their regualr card members. The room we were given had the TV on the side of the wall not directly in front of you- therefore you could not see the TV if the person was in the bed next to the TV- poor planning- When we got up to leave the following morning i went in to take a shower and their were no face cloths.
cheap furniture, thin worn towels- spots on chairs and rugs and TV on the wrong side of the wall.
We were guest at Bally two weeks ago and were given a room in the Deniis Tower- which we were told was recently renovated- that tower is a dump. My huband is a diamond member at all of the casinos under harrah's umbrella which would include Bally atlantic City.
